UCI Launches Prestigious 'Cyprus Beach Homes' Development
Aug 16, 2017

Ramallah, Palestine – Aug 15 2017 - Union Construction and Investment (UCI), a leading real estate developer in Palestine, has launched an exclusive collection of exquisite villas as part of the prestigious Cyprus Beach Homes development, nestled on the beautiful mountainside of the quaint and charming beach city of Kyrenia in the Turkish part of Cyprus (Northern Cyprus).

Cyprus Beach Homes enjoys unobstructed views of stunning mountains and pristine sandy beaches, and is just a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive from a beautiful Mediterranean beach, along with major shops, restaurants, pharmacies, hotels and other public services.

The stylish development boasts a total of 39 super deluxe villas, with only 23 still available. These residences are ready for immediate occupancy and come in two styles: two-floor villas with areas of 197 – 228 m2 and terraces of 67 & 84 m2 on plot areas of 650 m2; and three-floor villas with areas of 268 and 320 m2 and terraces of 95 m2 on plots areas of 650 m2.

All villas are part of an exclusive community with fully integrated services. Each residence is characterized by an open concept which combines varied, modern spaces with attractive Mediterranean design. In addition, each villa enjoys its own independent plot of land and a private 4x8 meter swimming pool and allocated parking space. A one-year maintenance guarantee is also included with each residence.

In regards to selecting Kyrenia as the location for Cyprus Beach Homes, UCI’s Chairman, Dr. Mohamed Al Sabawi explained that UCI could not turn down an excellent opportunity to provide luxury residences on one of the most beautiful tourist islands in the world. Dr. Al Sabawi also recognises the importance of a diversified investment portfolio in the interest of the company and its shareholders.

“Cyprus is an extremely favourable investment and tourism destination, and is somewhere that we are keeping an eye on as we continue to explore expansion opportunities there,” said Dr. Al Sabawi. “It presents an ideal mix of investment benefits that make it a very attractive place for developers looking to expand into the EU zone.”

Dr. Al Sabawi highlighted that UCI takes care of everything for the customer. “We provide the water meter, electrical meter, even the issuing of the title deed. You just purchase the villa and then focus on enjoying your time. Our offer is really unique and our prices are extremely affordable compared to those of villas in surrounding European countries. You will simply not find prices like this on a picture-perfect island in the Mediterranean.”

For Dr. Al Sabawi, the decision to launch the Cyprus Beach Homes development is a natural step for a company whose reputation is founded on quality and innovation. “From the very beginning, it has been UCI’s goal to be at the forefront of real estate development,” he said. “We have always strived to build a reputation for delivering the highest quality properties in Palestine. UCI has completed several large housing and commercial projects in Palestine, including Etihad Villas, the Arcadia Residential Complex, and UCI’s headquarters office in Al Masyoun, Ramallah. UCI is also successfully delivering the pioneering TABO Project and the prestigious Masyoun Gardens residential complex.”

“This is, therefore, another outstanding addition to our portfolio”, said Dr . Al Sabawi.  “Whether our customers are looking for a beautiful place to stay, travel and spend holidays with family or friends, or are simply hunting for a fantastic investment opportunity, the villas of Cyprus Beach Homes are the perfect choice”.
