Dividends Distribution Ad

Union Construction and Investment Co. is pleased to announce to its shareholders the start of distributing 2.5% dividends for the year of 2020 in the amount of $ 800,000 USD in accordance with the decision of the Ordinary General Assembly in its meeting that was held on 04/05/2021, as follows:
- The dividends distribution starts on Monday morning 05/07/2021.
- For all shareholders residing in Palestine, dividends will be disbursed through direct withdrawals from Bank of Palestine branches according to their residential location. Shareholders are kindly requested to present their identification document (ID/Passport) accredited and recorded in our records, and for companies in accordance with official letters signed and approved by the authorized signatories on the company’s documents.
- For all shareholders residing outside Palestine, the company will transfer their dividends to their bank accounts, according to official letter that clarifies the details of the shareholder’s bank account, which the dividends will be transferred to. The official letters should be sent by fax at +972.2.2974977 or to the e-mail address shareholders@uci.ps .
