Ramallah: TABO, which is one of the largest real estate development projects established and implemented by Union Construction and Investment Company (UCI), recently launched a new master plan in Birzeit, Ramallah Governorate, named "Alali Birzeit".
UCI, in cooperation and joint coordination with Birzeit municipality, paved the leading road to the master plan and extended the base coarse layer with a length of 150 meters in preparation for the development of the internal road network in this master plan.
"Alali Birzeit" master plan is characterized by its strategic location in the stunning mountains of Birzeit, its high and completely open views to the east and west, and its proximity to public service centers, as it is 3 minutes from the center of Birzeit and 10 minutes from Birzeit University. This master plan consists of 24 plots of land, parcelized into areas ranging between 500-700 square meters with a title deed for each parcelized plot of land. These plots are ideal for those wishing to build villas, as they are classified as villas, with two floors and a roof, and a promising investment opportunity for those looking for a guaranteed investment for the future.
