Ramallah, Palestine - July 16 2019 - In a step that promises another year full of success in the real-estate sector in Palestine, UCI celebrates the unveiling of the foundation stone of MG 2 residential project under the sponsorship of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the founder of UCI, Dr. Mohamed Al-Sabawi, and in the presence of Eng. Khaled Al-Sabawi , UCI’s CEO and Vice Chairman, in addition to a large crowd of other Board members, managers, employees consultants of UCI, and from other allied companies and development partners such as, engineers, architects, designers, contractors, supervisors and a number of journalists.
At the beginning of the ceremony, Dr. Al-Sabawi - a leading figure in the promotion of the Palestinian economy - has unveiled the foundation stone of MG 2 project in front of a huge crowd announcing the launch of the construction work of this project, and then the ceremony began with a welcoming speech, in which Dr. Al-Sabawi expressed his satisfaction with the work progress of UCI and the unique achievements that UCI has been able to accomplish during its long career, saying “I am honored to be here with you today to celebrate the unveil of the foundation stone of MG 2, which came as the result of the huge success that we have achieved at MG 1 by selling 64 residential units in record time and delivering them to our customers. We are proud of our rapid growth and development and we will continue to challenge by offering integrated housing complexes that reflect the luxurious life of the Palestinian citizens".
Dr. Sabawi added, “The preliminary works of MG 2 has already begun and the project’s various stages will provide many job opportunities, where this project consists of three residential buildings each building contains 12 apartments making the total number of apartments provided by this project up to 36 modern apartments. All construction works of this project are expected to be completed by the end of 2020, and with the launch of MG 2, your company has been able to provide 100 residential units for the Palestinian citizen in the prestigious neighborhood of Al Masyoun within a period of time no more than three years”.
Dr. Sabawi continued, "UCI has succeeded in taking the leading position in the real estate development and has been able to build a modern school in construction that adopts the modern methods of building unique residential residences, using the latest building methods. We are proud that our company has been able to give the Palestinian youth the ability to own an ideal home at reasonable prices and by easy installments to suit the difficult economic conditions of the Palestinian citizen”.
At the end of the ceremony, Dr. Al-Sabawi said: “We take this opportunity to express our gratitude to all those who contributed in the success of the project from employees, contractors and suppliers”.
