The Ordinary General Assembly meeting of Union Construction and Investment Company was held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, chaired by Dr. Mohammed Al-Sabawi, Chairman of the Board, in the presence of Eng. Khaled Al-Sabawi, CEO and Vice Chairman, along with board members, shareholders, and representatives of regulatory authorities.
During the meeting, the Assembly approved the Board of Directors’ report, the auditor’s report, as well as the financial statements and balance sheet for the year 2024. It also unanimously discharged the Board members of liability for the year 2024 and approved the renewal of the contract with “Farraj & Nashwan & Partners” to audit the company’s accounts for 2025.
